How to Apply — Returning UW Seattle Students

These application instructions apply to former UW Seattle students who have not been enrolled for at least two consecutive quarters (not including summer quarter). To enroll in the UW Online Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Social Sciences degree completion program, you must do the following:

• Submit the ISS Application Form for Returning UW Seattle Students.
• Begin the Returning Student Re-Enrollment Process by submitting the Returning Student Request Form to the Registrar’s Office. (Note: ISS admits new majors in fall and spring quarters only.)
• Submit your ISS personal statement via the ISS Application Form for Returning UW Seattle Students above, or email it directly to the program.
  • Emailed statements should be submitted as a Word document, PDF file or RTF file
  • Use the following naming convention when saving your file: Lastname_Firstname_ISSApplication (example: "Doe_Jane_ISSApplication")
  • Attach the file to an email and send it to issinfo@uw.edu

If you left the university on drop status, or if you have any holds on your registration or transcript, contact program advising for help at issinfo@uw.edu.
